Arrest of Condor robbers targetting the Pakistani Shops![]()

This afternoon around 14:31 CP security received multiple panics from one of their clients close to the BP Garage. With telephone conversation they confirmed a robbery was occuring at AJ Supermarket. CP members arrived and members of the public directed which way the robbers fled. While driving, one of them spotted a white Toyota Condor standing on the N17 Offramp and saw three african males running into the veld. He gave chase on foot and managed to arrest one of the suspect. Rest of the team blocked exits and called for backup with swift backup arriving from the SAPS, Secure Tech and other members from Brakpan Reaction.![]()

With hints from the public, the members followed up a trail a suspect possibly took. A SAPS member close by stood on the bridge doing observation, and as the chasing team followed the trail the suspect came out of hiding and ran straight into the SAPS member.![]()

2 suspects arrested. 1 firearm recovered. Stolen goods (cigarettes) were also found in the vehicle.![]()
Upon closer inspection it was found it was the same Condor that did the robbery in Minnebron on the 25th of March.
We were stopped, a male victim explained that two suspects pointed him with a firearm and grabbed hes sister, We noticed the two suspects and called for back up as they were armed. Both suspects were aprehended in Glouchester str.We also found a knife, firearm, wallet and a self made weapon with the suspects, one of our other vehicles called over the radio and said we need to bring the suspects to a scene close to where they grabbed the white lady, on investigation we found the lady had passed away. Our condolences to the family and friends of the lady.![]()

We also recognized the one suspect as he was arrested before by Secure Tech members, also for murder.![]()
